I already read "Regular" sized text at 300% zoom on bad days.I fully understand that there will be some degree of Canon Divergence for any Canon Character muse that has hung around for more than a few years. However if we're not already friends, I may be hesitant to interact with you if your canon divergent muse lore...
1. Changes the backstory and/or motivations of one of my muses.
2. Relies on one of my muses doing something extremely specific.
3. Combines multiple characters who are canonically independent of eachother into one physical entity.
4. Has your muse replacing someone else, completely erasing the other character from the narrative.
5. Gives your muse a new ability that can be used to control the actions of mine.
6. Gives your muse access to extremely potent and rare abilities/weapons that they never have access to in their source material or any officially published crossovers.Often I prefer interacting with AU and Canon Divergent muses who have in-depth profiles and accessible lore personally written by the mun over "Canon Compliant" muses that come with 0 elaboration on what the mun's take on them is like.I am happy to tag stuff when asked!

I've been burnt hard in the past by people who have had their muses force themselves onto my muses without any previous discussion ooc.
I don't care if the pairing is canon, I don't care if you contacted me purely to ship one of your muses with mine. There are some ships and dynamics that I simply do not feel comfortable writing!General RP Courtesy applies.

I honestly don't know why I should have to list this here, as I assumed that this falls under "godmodding" but I have blocked people for doing this without warning.Duplicate friendly.
I generally love writing with people who are currently writing the same canon character muses as I do unless stated otherwise. If your muse is canon divergent, I would appreciate learning how they diverge from canon. Please accept that my headcanons may be different to yours. I do not expect you to adhere to my own headcanons.
If we are to have alt versions of the same character interact, I genuinely would love to plot up nicknames or an AU where they are blood related, depending on their ages.Canon Divergency and Alternate Universes are fun but...
1. I genuinely need to know what exactly I'm in for musewise before we can start plotting! This especially goes for if you're expecting me to write a canonmate and/or a character your muse already knows well.
2. I have had some rough times in the past due to a lack of communication in this aspect. The act of hiding certain headcanons from me OOC until after I accept a pre-established dynamic may cause me to freak out a little.
3. Please do not hide the fact that your canon character muse from a piece of media I am not familiar with is from a fanmade AU!
4. I am open to adopting your headcanons for an AU provided we plot it out first!Please do not use AU versions from someone else's fanwork in threads with me.
I have genuinely seen too much discourse kicked up in the past about this issue in particular. Yes, this does include the AU known as "Linked Universe". The only exception I have for this is if the fanwork is/was a collaborative effort and you're friends/rp buddies/etc with the Original Poster.Please have public muse profiles.
Unless we are long RP friends from elsewhere, I need to see a simple profile for your muse/s before I even consider starting to write with you. I am not familiar with every piece of media to ever exist and I would rather see your headcanons (so that I may adjust to them and not project my own biases onto your muses).Your muse profiles don't have to be as fancy as mine.

I request that you have an accessible profile listing what is common IC knowledge of them. I am also open to Pre-established Relationships with OCs provided you talk to me about it first! Firstly, do not automatically assume that I will say yes to a ship purely because it's canon!By default, I would rather have our muses be friends before any romance begins to happen.As fun as headcanons and canon divergent muse lore can get, I will refuse to write certain ship dynamics with people based on squicks due to headcanon / lore / etc clashing!Listed below are these squicks.
I dislike romantic Human/Construct (that they personally created), God/Creation and Entity/Their Vessel dynamics.
However, I do love God/Mortal ships provided that the god didn't create the mortal and that they first met when the mortal was an adult!
Generally, I don't like romantic/sexual dynamics where one cannot physically live without the other to the point that separation or divorce is impossible.
I am very picky about Mayfly–December Romances. They must either both pass the Harkness Test when they first meet or they both meet as adolescents who then both became adults at around the same time.
If muse1 is a reincarnation of someone that muse2 knew, I may not feel comfortable shipping them together unless we have already agreed for them to have been lovers before muse1 was reincarnated.
If muse1 is a reincarnation of muse2's parent, grandparent or creator, I will not feel comfortable shipping them full stop.
If muse1 has been shipped with one (or both) of muse2's canon (or headcanoned) parents, I will not be comfortable shipping muse1 and muse2 together.
If various other headcanons make muse1 and muse2 family, such as muse1's uncle being muse2's stepfather, I may feel uncomfortable shipping muse1 and muse2.
I do like Xenoblade Aegis & Trinity Processor Sibling headcanons but if that's being canonised, I do not want to see any Pyra/Shulk, Alvis/Shulk or Glimmer/Nikol in the same continuity.

TL;DR: Generally, provided that a romantic pairing between two canon adults (who initially met as adults) doesn't conflict with another favoured ship or headcanon that would make them blood related, step-family or adoptive siblings I may be open to shipping it.As much as I love crossover shipping, I reserve the right to say "no" to any proposed ship that may personally squick me in the future.Furthermore, if I state that a ship between canon characters makes me uncomfortable for whatever reason, do attempt to debate me about it. That is me attempting to set a boundary.Finally, if you attempt to try to "debate" or "convert" me into liking a ship I have previously expressed discomfort with, I may block you.
I generally love crossovers but I am more selective about them outside of private & closed RP groups. If any of my muses are from a specific source and I don't say otherwise, I am probably okay with crafting an AU or plotting up multiverse nonsense!However... the media listed below are sources that I either don't want to interact with or I would simply would rather not interact with outside of closed groups or privately with friends I already know the headcanons of.
